Never underestimate the power of a logo. The logo sets the tone and acts an anchor of a business. Successful businesses always have a strong logo that doesn’t change very often. People won’t respect a business if it changes its logo all the time.
I was invited to design a logo for WoodSmoke BBQ & Grill, a food-truck business located at Queensland, Australia. I started it off by understanding what my client needs. Woodsmoke BBQ & Grill mentioned that they want an classy “organic” design that can sell to a wide audience. That’s the reason behind all the man-made elements of the logo, such as the smoke speckles, brush stroke, handwritten fonts and hand-drew fire pit. These elements implies the manmade quality of WoodSmoke BBQ & Grill, where each dish was made with heart and quality.
Ever since I designed the logo for WoodSmoke BBQ & Grill, their business has been blooming. They have just launched their website and Facebook page in April and they have been receiving a lot of good reviews from competitions.
